Swedish Massage

Focused on more superficial layers of muscles, and is combined with passive and active movements of joints. Great for stress relief, relaxation, and pain relief.

Deep Tissue

Known for releasing chronic tension patterns within the body, deep tissue massage focuses on going across the grain of tendons, muscles and fascia. It is not called deep tissue for the use of firmer pressure, but rather the focus on deeper layers of muscle tissue.

Sports Massage

Focuses on muscles relevant to playing sports or intense physical activity. Typically a more vigorous massage, sports massage involves passive and active stretching techniques to increase and test range of motion.

Bamboo Fusion

Also known as ‘bamboo massage’, bamboo fusion is a relaxing massage technique which combines bamboo stalks in order to perform a deep-tissue massage.

Himalayan Salt Stone

Soothes away tension and stress by using warm salt crystal stones; increasing a sense of well-being. In addition to its healing and relaxing properties, the salt exfoliates skin to reduce signs of aging and help promote silky and naturally smooth skin.
